Are your soaps really 100% vegan?
Yes! All our soaps are made with 100% plant-based ingredients. We use organic oils (coconut, olive, sunflower, castor), shea butter, cocoa butter, mango butter, and other plant-derived ingredients. No animal fats, no animal testing, ever.
What does "cruelty-free" mean?
Cruelty-free means we never test our products or ingredients on animals at any stage of production. We also don't work with suppliers who test on animals. Our commitment extends to every part of our supply chain.
Are your soaps safe for sensitive skin?
Our soaps are made with gentle, nourishing ingredients like shea butter and organic oils that are suitable for most skin types, including sensitive skin. However, everyone's skin is different. We recommend checking the ingredient list for any personal allergens. If you have specific concerns, consult with your dermatologist.
Do you have nut-free options?
Yes! Several of our soaps are nut-free, including Lemongrass Wonder and Shredded Waves. These are made without almond oil or any tree nut oils, making them safe for those with nut allergies. Check individual product pages for complete ingredient lists.
What's the shelf life of your soaps?
Our handcrafted soaps have a shelf life of 12-18 months when stored properly in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Because they're made with natural ingredients and no synthetic preservatives, we recommend using them within this timeframe for the best experience.

What makes your packaging eco-friendly?
We use 100% biodegradable, plastic-free packaging for all our products. Our soaps are wrapped in recyclable paper or compostable materials. We're committed to zero plastic waste because we believe in protecting the planet for future generations.
Are your soaps palm oil-free?
Yes! We don't use palm oil in any of our products. Instead, we use sustainable alternatives like olive oil, coconut oil, and shea butter. This helps protect rainforests and the wildlife that depends on them.
What are the colorants in your soaps?
We use organic mineral pigments and natural clays (like kaolin clay) to color our soaps. No synthetic dyes or artificial colors—just earth-derived pigments that are safe for your skin and the environment.
Are your essential oils natural?
Absolutely! We only use pure essential oils—no synthetic fragrances or phthalates. Our scents come from plants like lavender, lemongrass, orange, peppermint, and cedarwood.
How are your soaps made?
We use the traditional cold-process method, which preserves the natural benefits of our ingredients. Each batch is handcrafted in small quantities, poured into molds, and cured for 4-6 weeks to create a long-lasting, gentle bar.

How do I customize baby shower favors?

How far in advance should I order?
We recommend ordering 4-6 weeks before your baby shower to allow time for customization, production, and shipping. Need them sooner? Contact us about rush order options—we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline!
Can I choose different scents for my favors?
Yes! You can mix and match scents within your order. Many customers choose 2-3 complementary scents to give guests options. We'll send you our complete scent list when you place your order.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Absolutely! We offer discounts for larger orders. The more you order, the more you save. Contact us for custom bulk pricing.
What themes do you offer?
We have 7 adorable themes: Woodland Mushroom, Little Cowboy, Little Honey (bee), Little Wildflower, Cherry on Top, Berry Sweet, and Custom (design your own!). Each theme can be customized with your choice of colors and personalization.
How are the favors packaged?
Each favor comes beautifully wrapped in eco-friendly, biodegradable packaging that's ready to display on your favor table. We can also include custom tags or labels with your personalization.
Shipping & Orders
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon! Sign up for our email list to be notified when we expand shipping options.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days after your order ships. For custom baby shower favors, please allow 4-5 weeks total (including production time). We'll send you tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! We offer expedited shipping options at checkout. For rush orders on custom favors, please contact us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
What's your return policy?
We want you to love your soaps! However, we are unable to accept returns. If there's an issue with your order, we'll make it right!
My soap arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're so sorry! Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and we'll send you a replacement right away. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Usage & Care
How should I store my soap?
Keep your soap in a cool, dry place between uses. Use a soap dish with drainage to prevent it from sitting in water, which helps it last longer. Avoid direct sunlight and humidity.
Can I use these soaps on my face?
Many of our soaps are gentle enough for face and body use, especially our nut-free options like Lemongrass Wonder. However, facial skin is more delicate, so we recommend patch testing first or choosing soaps specifically formulated for facial use.
Are your soaps safe for babies and children?
Our soaps are made with gentle, natural ingredients, but we recommend consulting with your pediatrician before using any new products on babies or young children, especially if they have sensitive skin or allergies.
Why does my soap look different from the photo?
Because each batch is handcrafted, natural variations in color, swirl patterns, and texture are normal and prove your soap is truly artisanal! These variations don't affect the quality or performance of the soap.
How long will one bar last?
With proper care and storage, one 4 oz bar typically lasts 3-4 weeks with daily use. Using a soap dish with good drainage helps extend the life of your bar.
