What are your shipping fees?

We have a $5.99 flat fee for orders less than $40. Anything above that, ships free.

Do you accept exchanges or returns?

Due to the delicate nature of these personal care products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges, except as stated above. 

How soon can I receive a Naturene Bridal order?

My soaps are handmade to order and require at least 3-4 weeks to cure. For that reason, orders need to be placed about a month before the event.

Do you ship internationally?

We are currently only able to ship orders within the United States.

What to do if I receive an incorrect or damaged order?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 5 days if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

In the event of our error, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions to return the item. Your replacement item will be sent to you at our expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
