Refund policy

Due to the delicate nature of these personal care products, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS or offer refunds or exchanges. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 5 days if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  In the event of our error, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions to return the item. Your replacement item will be sent to you at our expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
