About Our Products

What ingredients do you use in your soaps?

Our soaps are made with all-natural ingredients including organic oils (olive, coconut, and sunflower), and butters (shea butter, mango butter, cocoa butter), essential oils for fragrance, and natural colorants. We never use synthetic fragrances, parabens, or harsh chemicals.

Are your soaps suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes! Our gentle formulations are designed with sensitive skin in mind. However, if you have specific allergies, please check the ingredient list for each product.

How long do your soaps last?

With proper care (keeping them dry between uses on a well-draining soap dish), our soaps typically last 4-6 weeks with daily use.

Are your products tested on animals?

Never. All Naturene products are cruelty-free and we're proud to be 100% vegan.

Sustainability Practices

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes! We use minimal, recyclable or biodegradable packaging for all our products. Our soap wrappers and labels are made from recycled paper.

What sustainability practices does Naturene follow?

We source ingredients locally when possible, and always check that our suppliers use sustainable practices.

Ordering & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Domestic orders typically ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-5 business days. Custom made orders need at least 3 weeks for processing plus shipping time. 

Do you offer international shipping?

No, we ship only to addresses in the United States.  We offer a $5.99 flat fee shipping rate for all orders and free shipping for orders greater than $50.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns unless you received the wrong order from us.  Please contact us at orders@naturenesoaps.com to initiate a return.

Product Usage & Care

How should I store my soap between uses?

To extend the life of your soap, keep it dry between uses on a well-draining soap dish. Avoid leaving it in standing water or direct shower spray.
